As former secondary school teachers and leaders, we’ve seen first-hand the skills young people need but don’t always develop in the classroom. Together we realised our conversations kept circling back to the same thing: wanting to do something meaningful for young people in the North East. We share the same values and a belief in what young people deserve — and that’s what’s driving us forward.

That's why we have founded Destination Loading CIC a community‑focused organisation designed to equip young people across the North East with the real‑world knowledge and confidence they need to thrive beyond school.
